5 out of 5 stars Excellent WiFi adapter   September 1, 2010
Reese M. (TX)
Had no problems installing this USB adapter on my desktop. Plugged it in and Windows 7 recognized it and started installing the drivers for it. Didn't need the small CD that came with it for driver installation.

Got it to run 802.11n receiving 130 Mbps from my router (close enough to its 150 Mbps rating) Could probably get its max rating if I boost my antenna power or channel the router's signal via homemade parabolic antenna adapter.

For the price I paid for it, I'm happy with the ease of setup and the advertised operation of this wireless LAN adapter. Might get me another one now.

Worked seamlessly.. Just followed directions and was up and connected with an older laptop in minutes...

5 out of 5 stars Very Good Considering the price   August 28, 2010
Good
Although It does not support what was meant to be,it works with only 75M instead of 150M in my case, the performance is reasonable for me to use.

4 out of 5 stars wireless adapter   August 24, 2010
Leah Crosman (Pittsford, NY United States)
After getting a wireless hub in my house I was looking to link a desktop to it and this adapter does the trick. I choose this one because most of the reviews seemed to come from tech guys and they approved of it. The slip of paper that came with the adapter included general directions which didn't work for my computer. It was late on a weekend night when I did this and if I had been more patient probably could have waited until Monday and called the company. But I muddled through and installed the software and usb, configured a few settings and whoosh I'm online. Would I buy from them again? Yes. Would I try to do it on a Sat night again? Maybe.

2 out of 5 stars You get what you pay for.   August 21, 2010

Seems to work ok when it works, but I can't connect any faster then 72.0Mbps. It was listed as 150Mbps. It fluctuates constantly so the speed and range varies.I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend this item. My advice pay a little more now and save yourself some trouble that will come later.
