Installation way WAY easier than I expected. The wireless connection is seamless. Slightly slower than a wired ethernet connection, but hardly noticeable.

I installed a new N router, then the adaptor. My speed only increased from 54 mbps to 63. I also had a Linksys N adaptor. With it my speed went to 103. This was on a new Toshiba dual core laptop. All conditions were the same.
